The Reinventors Workshop is a free weekly themed series of virtual talks where we invite our featured esteemed speaker to share thought-provoking stories and action-oriented lessons.

Each workshop aims to enable attendees globally to learn, reflect, and take away lessons to make a change in their own selves personally and/or professionally as well as to effect action within their local communities.

About the Speaker: Shaney Vijendranath

Shaney Vijendranath is the founder of conversation-driven analytics platform Momsays. Her startup helps brands engage and sell more effectively to new mothers.

Shaney is also the creator of You, Baby and I, named Africa’s most influential parenting blog by Webfluential and Best Parenting Blog at South African blog awards.

Shanèy has collaborated with some of the biggest brands in the world like Mattel, Disney, Hasbro, LG, Volvo, Burger King, Samsung and Unilever.

After two years of blogging, Shanèy realized that You, Baby and I was more than just a blog. It became of tribe of moms who trusted each other’s opinions. Towards the end of 2016, Shanèy saw this as an opportunity and decided to launch her startup MomSays.

In 2018, Shanèy was the only entrepreneur chosen from South Africa to represent the country at the Collective Global Accelerator program in London for a month. The foundation received close to 4800 entries worldwide.

Shanèy made the Forbes Africa 30 Under 30 list in the Business Category for 2019.
